Our Trip Notes

For every trip on this site you can request detailed technical Trip Notes. These documents contain a lot more background information such as geography, history, climate and customs, together with an extended descriptive itinerary and other technical details including visas and vaccinations, what to pack, and can be viewed and downloaded from our site.

The Trip Notes will be sent to you with your booking confirmation, as it is the final definitive statement of inclusions and trip details, and it forms an essential part of our booking contract with you. Both to aid your understanding and to avoid any misunderstandings, we strongly recommend that you request the Trip Notes before booking.

After you have located your chosen holiday page to view on the website, the opening holiday page will display the Overview and a line of Tabs (see example below). Each tab offers more details concerning the holiday you have selected.

The 'Trip Notes' tab, when selected opens another section of the holiday page and offers you the option to download the pdf version (see image below).

There is also a link on the right hand side of the Holiday Overview page which advises you of what to do next (see image below).
