The Exodus Customer Operations team looks after all our clients travel requirements once their booking is confirmed. Their role is to liaise with overseas suppliers, deal directly with customer requests and arrange for documentation to be produced on time. If you would like to join this busy team located in our Balham office, there is currently a role available.
Customer Operations Shorthaul Executive (Turkey & the Alps)
You will support and work closely with the Customer Operations Shorthaul Supervisor and Support team, with responsibility for:
- All post-sales written and phone communication and ensuing actions with customers in your area
- Direct supplier communications to ensure all services are provided as booked
- The successful candidate will have excellent time management and prioritisation skills, as well as previous travel experience in the areas
Salary bracket: £20K+ dependent upon experience
