Customer Operations Longhaul Supervisor

The Exodus Customer Operations team looks after all our clients' travel requirements once their booking is confirmed. Their role is to liaise with overseas suppliers, deal directly with customer requests and arrange for documentation to be produced on time. If you would like to join this busy team located in our Balham office, there is currently a role available.
You will work with the Head of Customer Operations, other team supervisors and your team of Executives, to:
• Supervise regional Customer Operations Executive team
• Act as Customer Operations Executive for selected areas.
• Provide cover for Customer Operations Executives in team as necessary during busy periods (buddy system still applies).
• Provide management for the Customer Operations team if needed
The successful candidate should be comfortable working on their own initiative, be skilled at building good working relationships and delivering feedback. Previous experience managing a team is preferable but not essential.
