The Exodus Customer Operations team looks after all our clients' travel requirements once their booking is confirmed. Their role is to liaise with overseas suppliers, deal directly with customer requests and arrange for documentation to be produced on time. If you would like to join this busy team located in our Balham office, there is currently a role available.
Customer Operations Supervisor
You will support and work closely with the Head of Customer Operations, with responsibility to:
• Supervise regional Customer Operations Executive team
• Ensure Exodus clients are provided with the highest level of post sales service
• Responsibility for all post-sales written and phone communication and ensuing actions with customers in selected areas
• Responsibility for supplier communications to ensure all services are provided as booked.
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience in tour operating or retail travel in a customer-facing role (min 2 years).
• An ability to manage significant workload efficiently and act on own initiative with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent team leadership and be comfortable and skilled at giving feedback
• Able and willing to identify and drive change possibilities
• Identify training requirements, monitor and develop team members
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
