A full time position has arisen in our small Customer Services team for an experienced Customer Services Manager.
The team is responsible for the managing and handling of all customer complaints, compensation decisions and any current legal issues.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, and will be fully conversant with all aspects of current legislation relating to Tour Operators. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a proven background in decision-making relating to customer complaints within the travel industry. You will work closely with a number of departments in order to identify and rectify problem areas.
