An excellent opportunity for the right candidate has arisen within the Exodus Costings & Inventory team. Reporting to the Costings & Inventory Manager, the role entails accurate loading and maintaining of all details required to sell our holidays, including new flight set up, ground arrangements and all tour cost data. The role requires a strong team player, with good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Position
As Ground Contract & Inventory Executive you will be responsible for loading and maintaining all cost data, setting up new trips, hotels and flights. You will receive, evaluate and load new contracts from our Product department and assist Sales, Customer Operations and Product with any component loading issues that may arise.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Ability to work under pressure to specific deadlines
  • Ability to analyse complicated contracts and notifications
  • Numerical with excellent attention to detail
  • An understanding of flight product and contracts would be beneficial

Salary: £18-22k
