Our Operational Quality Team plays an important role in ensuring all Exodus trips run to the highest levels of quality and safety. This includes meeting our internal targets and industry best practice.
The team is now looking for an Operational Quality Assistant to support our busy department.
This is a great opportunity to start a career in the adventure travel industry, in a vibrant and challenging environment which offers a variety of tasks and duties.
This is a role that will develop along with the team, however, we anticipate you will take on the following tasks:
• Work closely with the Operational Quality Executive to implement and monitor quality and Health & Safety procedures within Exodus and our overseas partners.
• Provide administrative support for all UK-based leader operations, as well as assisting in monitoring the quality of overseas leaders.
• Understand and make use of our Holiday Evaluation Form (HEF) customer feedback system.
• Ad-hoc support for the Customer Services team as required
You will work closely with all members of the Operational Quality Team, as well as the Product Department, Customer Operations and Overseas Suppliers.
You will need to be a natural team player with good administrative, organisational and communication skills and have some worldwide travel experience.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is also required.
Starting date is 3rd October 2011.
