Walking & Trekking Holidays
Exodus offer over 150 of the world's greatest walking holidays around the globe and are the world's walking and trekking holiday specialist:
- We have been designing and operating the world's greatest walking holidays for over 30 years - meaning we have secured the most experienced local partners, the most suitable accommodation and the best leaders.
- In addition to a specialist sales team, our Managing Director and the Heads of Produce, Operations and Marketing were all walking and trekking leaders prior to joining our office staff – walking and trekking courses through our veins!
- We are the market leader in worldwide walking and trekking holidays – it’s no wonder that more people trust us than any other operator and so many of you keep coming back for more.
Some of our trips are wholly trekking-focused whilst others may simply contain a significant portion of walking days within the itinerary. Our walking and trekking holidays are graded for difficulty and we cater for a wide range of abilities: you can stroll from the comfort of your hotel along the Amalfi Coast, challenge yourself one of our Inca Trail Tours, attempt a high-altitude Kilimanjaro climb or even make your way to Everest Base Camp. So, however you wish to spend you valuable holiday time, we have a right trekking holiday for you. Join Exodus for a walking holiday this year.
What the experts say about our Walking and Trekking Holidays...
That feeling of release...
Release from work emails, going to the post office and house chores. That blissful clarity of mind that comes from it. I'm sure that you know the feeling - that mental freedom from the mundane that only truly comes after a few days of travelling nature’s way – by one’s own feet. The little things that have been bothering you at home trickle away like water off a gore-tex jacket. I'd never experienced it so profoundly until this year when I spent two months on and around one mountain with a like-minded group focused on the summit. The peak was Everest, but this is incidental. The feeling was familiar, but the escape had never been so complete.
This year I have helped in the creation of 31 fantastic new trips. All of these will help to bring you incredible views, some decent challenges, friendly new faces and of course, that special lucidity that any good trek brings. I'll be leading a few of these myself so please join me as we head off to explore new places and find that release!
