Desert Adventure Holidays

Travel in the world's great deserts is becoming easier, but, as a consequence, we have to be incredibly careful with such fragile ecosystems. To visit the Sahara, the worlds greatest desert, travel to Morocco, Libya or Mali. Travel to Namibia will always include a visit to Sossuvlei, possibly the world's biggest dunes. The Gobi is probably the least accessible of the worlds great sand deserts, but holidays to Rajastan are relatively simple to organise. The world's driest desert, the Atacama, stretches from southern Peru to Northern Chile.
