Wolf watching holidays are becoing more and more popular. Wolves are surprisingly wide ranging, and are found on most continents. In Europe, the best place for wolf watching is Romania, though northern Spain is still home to a few packs. Sweden, Finland, Slovenia, Canada, India, Ethiopia and the USA are all home to to wolves, but they are rarely seen. The WWf sponsored wolf conservation scheme in the Carpathian mountains, also home to bears and European Lynx, provides the best chance of seeing wolves in the wild.
