Exclusive Polar Expeditions
Exodus is delighted to be offering several landmark departures in 2009 and 2010. Any expedition to Spitzbergen or Antarctica is always memorable but these promise to be particularly special.
Antarctica
Kapitan Khlebnikov 02 November 2009
Paul Goldstein will lead the ice-breaking Emperor Penguin Safari, and Jonathan and Angie Scott will be on board, as will Planet Earth film editor Andy Chastney. Andy will be producing a complimentary cutting edge DVD of the voyage for all participants to keep.

Photographic and Whale Voyage
Led by Paul Goldstein and his naturalist and photographer colleague Chris Packham, this voyage will navigate below the Arctic Circle to icy wildernesses rarely witnessed. By this time of year the sea has warmed comparatively attracting legions of krill which then seduce the squadrons of humpbacks and minkes and sometimes orcas - gluttons for this bounteous crustacean diet. It is possible to see and photograph whales in many areas of the world, but seldom with lumps of cobalt blue ice the size of St Paul's Cathedral as shimmering backdrops. Paul and Chris intend to make this an icy, cetaceous, photographic bonanza.
Spitzbergen
Photographic & Polar Bear – Exclusive Exodus Voyage 24 June 2010
Photographic & Polar Bear – Special Departure 24 July 2010
Both these voyages will be led by Paul Goldstein:
Led by Paul Goldstein, these two voyages will be a Polar bear pilgrimage. Paul has guided the Svalbard Archipelago many times, and intends to maximise every one of the 24 hours of daylight. He is fascinated by Polar Bears and intends to work every moment to ensure his two departures are extra special in this respect.
Photographers and wildlife fans: these are must departures.
