Tips from my mailman

I find it amazing how many people I have come across recently that have either done the trek to base camp or something similar. A few days ago had a great conversation with my mailman about his trek a year and a half ago. I was encouraged by his enthusiasim and appreciated his advice so thought I would share a few of his recomendations (mind you he travelled in November, so would have been colder ).

Mittens (rather than gloves) were one thing he advised me to bring. Apparently warme...
