The countdown begins....The snowy weather hasn't really helped my training or motivation but i'm feeling relatively fit. I'm going with a group for a long, hilly hike in the Dorking countryside on Sunday...apparantly it is set to rain.

So now it is time for me to think about packing - any advice anyone? My friend Lucy has told me to take as many wetwipe as humanly possible!

My new training regime got off to a bit of a bumpy start last night. I went to a spin class and the instructor didn't turn up. We all ended up cycling to an ipod app! At least it gave me a chance wear my new Exodus cycling jersey.

 6 weeks till i start climbing Kili - how very exciting!

We are Caron and Mick just saying hallo to fellow travellers heading for Cochin on 9th February. I know your all out there somewhere.
