Now only 30 days to departure and 10 days until British Summer time starts –it is hard to believe either is about to happen. Time has flown so far this year and winter is stubbornly hanging on across the country.

I booked this reverse trip back in September, as it is now guaranteed , I can start getting really excited. Just need to get fit for the gorilla trek!

Well, 62 days to go all of a sudden. Training has been on going for the last 12 months or so for me starting with a week of Winter Skills training in Scotland, week-ends at home on the Mendips, around and around and around Cheddar Gorge, in the gym, week-ends away in Snowdonia, Exmoor, parts of the SW Coastal Path and trips to Mt Blanc, Mt Blanc Du Tacul and lastly Mt Toubkal, Morocco a few weeks ago.

I'm going on this trip at the end of March. Is anyone else booking some extra nights at the end? I've just booked two, having read other peoples reviews it sounded like a good idea....
