My Name is Adrian, and i am going to base camp with my close friend adam wardle.Looking forward to my trip now to base camp and gokyo lakes, got all of my things, some from the rab factory shop in derby ( mentioned by adam )the rest from the cotwolds outdoor.Bag is half packed, just a few minor items left to get.( feels so very very excited)

It all seems so very real after months of talking about it.Like some of you i have not really had much experience of altitude other than the like...

So this is it, the trip I have ben waiting to do since May. All my training will hopefully pay off & hopefully I have packed all that I need. Really excited now at the thought of what's ahead, not sure what part i am looking forward to most, probably machu picchu:) I am really proud of our forum page, 2 pages of chat, questions & queries, well done guys, looking forward to meeting you all Xxx...
