Why Blog?

Welcome to the Exodus Blog – a brand new addition to our website where you can share your amazing travel experiences with the Exodus Community.

Like adventure holidays, travel blogs can come in all shapes and sizes and can be a great source of information and inspiration. Whether you are new to adventure travel or a veteran adrenaline junkie, there’s so much you could be blogging about.

You can write about an entire holiday, a favourite destination, or maybe you’d prefer to share just one of your most inspirational travel moments... it’s completely up to you. You can also upload photos to your blog and post comments on other blog entries.

Just click on the Post Blog link to start your Exodus blogging adventure. We can’t wait to start reading about your globetrotting escapades! (Note: Please do not copy and paste from other software programs into your Blog Post, type in the Blog Post text editor, otherwise your formatting will cause issues, many thanks - the Exodus Web Team).

If you’re interested in meeting your fellow travellers online before you depart or if you’d like advice from the Exodus community about your trip, go to the Departure Lounge and post a message in our forum.

Nordic Skiing / Cross-country

The winter brochure features cross-country skiing which  is Nordic skiing.
So Exodus guests frequently ask what  the is difference between Nordic and
cross-country skiing.   Basically there are several types of of cross-country
skiing and these in turn are types of Nordic skiing which includes  ski touring,

First Olympics..... spelling howler

Sorry, Elaine has corrected my horrendous spelling on last entry.  Our Exodus guests weren't "meddling" with slopes bur more  "medal" hopes!  Apologies.  Have put some pics showing the valley trails on my photo album....

1220 pupils at Utale Primary School and over 4500 villagers now have access to fresh, clean drinking water.Utale Primary School sent Exodus' staff a Message - “Zikomo” (Means thanks you in Chichewa)Children running out of school to play on the PlayPump® roundabout

Snow

Back in September Chamois and Ibex were exploring below the tree line which should mean a great winter for snow.  Already there have been snow falls in the base of the Chamonix Valley.    Here's hoping for yet another great snowy winter and tons of cross-country and snowshoeing....
