We had to have an embargo on Polar bears this month as they kept flooding in and this left the photo cupboard slightly bare. However this is a beauty - nothing fancy just a cracking shot of an idyllic scene. The composition is flawless - the waterfall dominating but also the thin strip of watery foreground invites the viewer into the picture. The swimmers do not dominate like they might in a ghastly Speedo ad manner, but they are evident. Do I want to be there, yes, a big YES and that is the essence of a belting travel photograph .
