Come and join Award-winning photographer, guide and author Paul Goldstein for a spectacular evening of dazzling images, provocative commentary, hilarious anecdotes and forthright opinion. Most people are aware that he was guiding on the fabled ice breaker the Kapitan Khlebnikov when she became stranded in the ice and attracted every worldwide news source. He will be recounting this whole story in his own inimitable way. If you have ever harboured any remote desire to travel to the 'Ice' come along to the special talks Paul is giving. He knows the programme well having led many expeditions in Antarctica, South Georgia and Spitsbergen. Massive penguin rookeries, towering icebergs, majestic whales, polar bears, walrus' and Arctic foxes all feature strongly in this photographic extravaganza.
