Endangered - Tigers and Other Predators - Manchester

Paul Goldstein’s illustrated lectures will feature the best of his collection of wildlife photography including many spectacular new images. He will concentrate on tigers but will also include other predators, namely cheetahs, leopards, lions and of course Polar bears.
Tigers live on the edge of existence in a few strongholds but they need not die out, despite the despicable demands of Chinese traditional medicine.
The proceeds from this special series of lectures will go towards Exodus’ Worth More Alive II campaign to raise money to help protect Bengal tigers in India.
Passionate and outspoken as ever, he shows little sign of slowing down. Be prepared.
Tickets £10 - pay on the door (cash and cheque only)
This special event in Manchester takes place during a marathon week for Paul Goldstein. Having (hopefully!) completed the Brighton Marathon on 10th April and a marathon in Manchester the day before this talk – whilst wearing a nine-foot high tiger costume - he will then continue to run two further marathons in Cardiff and London in order to raise money for the Worth More Alive II campaign. If you would like to sponsor him, please go to his Just Giving page. And don’t forget to look out for a nine-foot tiger running round Manchester the day before!
