Dharamsala

After the Chinese invasion of Tibet and fleeing across the Himalayas, the Dalai Lama set up a government in exile at Dharamsala (Dharmsala), a little hill-town in northern India. Dharamsala has since grown into the world centre of Tibet Buddhism, and is a potent symbol for all Buddhists. A trip here is a truly spiritual experience, particularly if you get chance to hear the Dalai Lama speak or attend one of his audiences. A unique trip from the adventure experts.
