Djemaa el Fna Cultural Tours

One of the ancient capitals of Morocco, Marrakech has a long and fabled history. Modern Marrakech has lost none of that charm, surrounded by huge red mud walls, just 40 miles from the towering atlas mountains, and with it's heartbeat in the "Djemaa el Fna", the huge square at the heart of life in Marrakech. The myriad souks that lead away from the Djemaa el Fna (the place of the dead) can keep a wanderer happy for hours, but it is the square itself, with its' acrobats, story tellers, snake charmers, boxing matches and food stalls that provide the main draw for the population of this great city, and provides a great place to people watch.
