Working in the travel industry for 14yrs, Lyndal has made it to six continents and many countries in between. However, its Africa that has most captured her soul, having travelled overland truck style through 26 countries, from Timbuktu to the famous game parks and plains in the East and across to the island of Madagascar. She's been face to face with a silverback gorilla, trekked through Ethiopia's Simien Mountains and paddled a mokoro through the backwaters of the Okavango Delta - she hasn't attempted Kilimanjaro yet, but you never know! After graduating from University and leaving the wonders of Loughborough behind, Tom opted to travel for 8 months instead of immediately joining the rat-race. Starting with an overland trip from Cape Town to Nairobi, crossing northern India into Nepal, to wandering around the fjords of New Zealand, these experiences altered Tom's perspective on the world. Exodus is to blame for Aurelija's interest in travelling, especially to long haul destinations! Looking after trips to sub-Saharan Africa and South East Asia, she couldn't help but explore these destinations herself. She's had lots of fun moments along the way, from getting stuck in Vietnam's Cu Chi tunnels to falling out of a mokoro in the Okavango delta. Fresh out of university, Sarah discovered her passion for travel during two months spent on an overland safari in Africa. The continent was definitely her first great love and she has been there five times: from game drives in the Serengeti to climbing sand dunes at sunrise in Namibia, even on an overnight camel trek in Morocco. But it has been the sheer beauty, isolation and vastness of Antarctica which has since captured her heart from when she first travelled there in 2004, and she now rates the Polar Regions as her favourite places on earth. Prior to life in the Exodus office Jim made his living teaching outdoor education in Cornwall, progressing into guiding during the British winter and moving out to Tanzania around the turn of the millenium. It is here that Jim joined Exodus leading many of our groups on Africa's highest mountains, before escaping away in the rainy seasons to destinations like Nepal and Japan. Now 'Head of Product' Jim is responsible for keeping Exoduss range of experiences at the forefront of adventure travel. With gap years before and after university, Nick knew life behind a desk was not an option, so to delay the inevitable as long as possible, he worked abroad for 7 years, mostly as a tour leader in various countries. These days (when not sitting behind an Exodus desk) he's most at home on a mountain bike, climbing or hunting down the best Vietnamese spring rolls in London. David once bought a one way ticket to Mumbai and a year later found himself in Beijing via 5 legged cows, moped crashes and a hitch with a wanted criminal. Along the way he met rock stars, international footballers and loads of monks. Nowadays, if he's not at his Sales desk, he can be found on the top of mountains or cross-country skiing in one of the many great destinations Exodus offers. He's hurtled out of control on skis into a tree, bagged Kilimanjaro and Toubkal, done the Moonstone Trek and most recently completed the Mont Blanc Circuit.
