Cost of Exodus

thanks
Thanks for the feedback. After talking with one of our local travel agents. I also think it is just that Exodus provides a higher level of quality hotels/transportation, etc than I have been used to.
Time to start planning :-)
I'm about to do my fourth trip with them and agree that they aren't the cheapest. However I've had a great time on every trip and so if it isn't broken...

Based on my prior travels with other companies, I find Exodus to be a real bargain.

Comparison of upcoming trip to Egypt:
Exodus - Egyptology trip, (14 days) Feb. 20 - Mar. 5 -- $1,750 excluding air. Stay at Pyramid Park Resort (4 star)
OAT - Cairo and the Eternal Nile (15 days) Feb 14 - Feb. 28 -- $3,297.00 excluding air + mandatory single supplement of $695, stay at Irobotel (2 star) .
ClubABC- Egypt deluxe (10 days) Feb. 19 - 28 -- $3,391.00 INCLUDING air + mandatory single supplement of $500, does not include any fees, flight via Egypt Air from New York (no land only available for this trip), stay at Sonesta Hotel and Casino, Cairo (claimed 5 star)
There may be others out there that I am not aware of, but these companies I have used and found to be nearly equal in terms of offerings.

Exodus Staff

Hi All:
I've never had any experience with Exodus and just recently found out that my local Travel Agent deals with them.
Even with the local payment included as part of the price, Exodus seems a bit higher than other Tour Operators I've dealt with in the past.
I've read some of the trip reviews, but can anyone give me some feedback on why they chose Exodus as opposed to something else. What do they provide that some other operators don't.
Thx
