I've just been on the page for that tour and they said the next departure is in May but I've booked for April. Is there something wrong?

'Fraid not, but I did Petra on the Week in Jordan trip last October. It's huge. I'd love to do Syria sometime. Hope you enjoy the trip.

I have read the tour notes a couple (or more) times through and have looked up in some travel guides, but I still have some questions.

1. What did you do about money? Did you take sterling with you? Did you pay stuff in sterling? Did you have to exchange it when you were there? I don't know what to do.

2. How expensive were the meals in the evening? What was the food like?

3. What did you do about lunch? In my holiday, only breakfast and one or two dinners are included. Me, I'm the kind of person who needs to eat regularly or she starts to bite!
