TMM - Mt Toubkal Climb (starts 26 April from Marrakech) - 24th Mar 2009 - 6:01pm

Trip - TMM - MT TOUBKAL CLIMB, Departure Date - Sunday 26th April 2009

I'm joining the group in Marrakech on the Sunday (rather than flying out/back with the group). If anyone else is travelling to Morocco before the trek starts and wants to meet up in Marrakech on the Saturday for a drink... please let me know.

Also keen to hear from anyone else that's going on the trek.

Hey there.

I'm one of 4 guys from Reykjavík joining the group on Sunday. Unfortunately we'll only be arriving in Marrakech on Sunday at arround 22:00 local time, so not much time to check out the city before departure to 'Imi Oughad' on Monday.

Would be interesting to know how many people have booked the trip. Some of us are also wondering what we'll need crampons for, if ice axes are not needed. For 'extra security' when walking on horizontal snow patches it would seem :P
