Anyone leaving on the camping Tour de Mont Blanc on the 27th June? - 8th Jun 2009 - 9:33am

Trip - TWB - MONT BLANC CIRCUIT, Departure Date - Saturday 27th June 2009

Hi all... Just wondering if there is anyone here that's going on the TMB (code TWB) trip at the end of June?

Looks like there's 3 spaces left, so I guess that would make it 13 walkers on the trip.

Questions that spring to mind

what sort of training are you doing to get ready for the trip?
what day-sack / backpack are you planning on taking? Trip notes suggest 30-40 liter.
do you think we'll be able to find power for recharging batteries at the camp sites?

Not worried re fitness as did something similiar a couple of years back and go the gym.

backpack -mine is medium sized as I love to fill it with stuff.

Is anyone taking a flower book? I am hopeless at arecognising them but interested!

I ma booking in to Docklands Premier Inn ( via bookings.com - not bad rate). If nayone else is we could share a taxi at the horrendous hour we have to leave
