Vietnam - clothing etiquette -
Trip - AOV - VIETNAM ADVENTURE, Departure Date - Sunday 11th October 2009

I know that its important to keep shoulders covered in Vietnam, but could anyone advise if this also means the upper arm to the elbow or if sleeves that fall mid upper arm are acceptable?  I am also right knees should not be exposed?

clothing etiquette -

Women should try to avoid wearing low - cut or tight sleeveless tops and skimpy shorts, particularly in the countryside/Mekong, but otherwise t-shirts and shorts are fine with knees and elbows on display.

You can use both dollars and -

You can use both dollars and Vietnamese dong, however I would recommend using dong as you get a better exchange rate this way. There are ATMs in all the major cities/towns where you will get the most up to date exchange rate, although there is a limit of about 2 million dong that can be withdrawn in one transaction, this is my preferred choice of obtaining money when I travel.
