are you on the tour de france trip?

I'm booked on this too and I am soooooooooo excited now albeit the excitement is slightly tempered by the fact that whenever I think of the mountains, my legs come over all weak and useless. I'm scheduled to ride our local 200k audax on Sunday so that should be a reasonable test.

Are you flying from Heathrow?

 Must say am getting excited too, and that's before I remember that we will see some of the tour!  I am flying from Edinburgh and then connect with the group flight from Heathrow.  Where are you flying from?  Do you know anyone else who is going? 

Good luck with the audax!  200km is impressive.

200k under my belt and feeling slightly more confident about the whole thing. No, I don't know anyone else on the ride - mentioned it to a few friends and family who laughed and suggested I seek medical advice so I may be the tour's Billy no-mates.

Assuming that I can squeeze my bike into the box, I am flying from Heathrow so I'll see you there.
