Fitzroy & Paine - Extra excursions
Fitzroy & Paine - Extra excursions - 18th Oct 2007 - 9:40pm
I'm going on the Fitzroy and Paine trek. There are 2 optional excursions:
- Classic Upsala & Onelli glacier excursion
- Mini-trekking on Moreno glacier
Anybody recommend (or not) going on these excursions?

Upsala/Oneli and Trekking on the Moreno glacier - 27th Oct 2007 - 3:27pm
I did both of these excursions on a South America holiday (though not with Exodus) and would recomend them both. They were optional for us too and we got really close to the icebergs on Lago Argentina and the view of the glaciers over Lago Oneli was absoloutely breaktaking http://www.nigelwebb.org.uk/Year2005/SouthAmerica/Photos.html?page=3&group=25, The glacier trekking was interesting and worth doing but it's not such an exceptional experience.
