Anyone booked on this trip and want to get in touch? I know there are 10 others, because I couldn't get on the group flight out from London or the one back from Shanghai, so am booked on other flights. From the reviews on this website, it sounds like a good trip!

Well, we are 3 of the other 10: Marian, Chris and Veronique arriving in Beijing under our own steam too. Busy trying to get the wretched visa organised but looking forward to the trip.

Thanks for getting in touch. Where are you flying from? Are you in the UK or joining the trip from elsewhere? I've not applied for my visa yet, but will do so at the beginning of April. Look forward to meeting you all in Beijing!

Veronique and I are leaving from Rome. We have a private transfer to hotel. Chris is flying BA from London and hopes to pick up the group transfer at Beijing.

Thank you Marian. I only asked in case there was a chance of meeting up in Heathrow. However, I shall be on a later flight that gets into Beijing a few hours after the group flight arrives. Have a safe journey and I look forward to seeing you in China at the evening briefing and dinner.
