Trip - AIL - DISCOVER SRI LANKA, Departure Date - Sunday 24th March 2013
Hi there anyone going on this trip would like to chat. I have just booked my husband and I on this Sri Lanka holiday and really looking forward to March. We have recently been on the Indochina Grand Tour which was amazing and we have had 6 other trips with Exodus in the past. We highly recommend them every trip has been well organized and friendly. Hi, My name is Phil Jones and as this is my first Exodus Holiday. I'm really pleased that you have had excellent experiences in the past and am looking forward to this trip. Is it worth taking a kettle as I can't function properly until I've had my first brew? Looking forward to meeting you both and all the others. Phil Jones.

Hi Phil. Sorry haven't replied earlier. If you really need a cuppa I would put in your kettle but I only have lots of water. Tom and I are meeting everyone at Columbo airport as we are flying from Newcastle to Sri Lanka. We are lucky that Emitates fly from here. See you in a few weeks. June and Tom

Hi Phil, I know what you mean! I am trying to wean myself off caffeine as I can't function without it either and have been caught out before! Surely with all the tea plantations, we should be ok? ! Look forward to meeting everyone and hope I can keep up! Bought walking poles today - don't use them normally but thought the time had come - do you use them? Jane

Hi Jane (+Tom & June), Only 2 weeks to go now and I'm I'm starting to get exited at the thought of all that warmth. I've never used sticks but could have done with them when walking in the Lakes (steep hills & rough ground), just ended up scrambling on all fours. That mountain should be a piece of cake.
