Hi.

Has anyone rented an IHE System from The Altitude Centre in preparation for a Kili trek?

They seem convinced that you can pre-acclimatise in the comfort of your own home, meaning less risk of AMS troubles on the mountain.

Would love to hear from any Exodus customers that have any knowledge or experience of this. Basically, is it proven to help and is it worth the money?
