Hi Richard - I know where you're coming from. Varying between excitment, only 7 weeks tomorrow until we leave and anxiety re: will I be fit enough and will I get altitude sickness?!? The joys of an adventure!!! Found the walk profile on the trip info Exodus sent yesterday and nice to have some more info .

We're a mother and daughter, Carole & Allison, who have planned this mad adventure to celebrate Carole's retirement.
We're training hard and pondering our kit requirements for all parts of the trek & Katmandu!
