Trip - MAH - CYCLING CUBA, Departure Date - Sunday 28th November 2010

Hi - my other half Alex and I are joining the group flight at Gatwick on Sunday 28th. Really looking forward to the trip and have started writing the list of things to take :-) So, who else is going and are you all cycling fit? Padded shorts are the first item on my list!

Colin and I are joining the trip at Gatwick on the 28th November also. Not sure about cycling fit but sure I will be by the end of the holiday!!! Plenty of padding being packed.

We are considering this as a possible trip for next year and would appreciate any comments on the level of fitness needed in advance and the expected temperature/humidity levels and how that felt.
