Any else for AMALFI COAST 19th Jun

Hi Lesley,

I'm also booked on this one and am really looking forward to it.....although unfortunately I can't help you on the advice front as it's my first ever walking holiday, and my first trip with Exodus. Am just this weekend becoming acquainted with the world of specialist walking kit - I hadn't realised there was such a huge choice!!  

It would be lovely to hear from anyone else who will be on this trip!

My brother Alan and I are both booked on this trip; we will be flying from Stanstead and aiming to meet up with the rest of the group at Naples airport. We have both been on previous Exodus trips and enjoyed them greatly. The individual tour leader and how well the group gels both make a big difference (I have not travelled with Suzanne Heselden before, so can't comment).

As regards advice; nothing beyond the obvious really. Take comfortable well broken in walking boots or other suitable footware. I don't expect this trip to be too demanding from a walking point of view, but it may be hot so important to be able to carry suficient water (min 1litre but more better, ideally in a 'camel' or similar) and sun protection. Happy to (try to) answer any spefic questions if you have them.

Seems I did not get the group email so I hope to contact you and the others this way. I coudl read something sinister into not getting it but its not worth it.

Also you know I mentioned about the company outsourcing well 4 hours back in the office and I have lost my job. Three week after buying  a house. Doen't realy get better than that does it?
