Anyone booked on?...

Hello, my name is Alan and my partners' name is Sharon, it appears we are both booked on the same trip as you.  We live in Somerset and it would be good to meet, however through commitments it may be very difficult, in addition our training is very limited, we did manage a day on the Brecon Beacons a couple of weeks ago which was productive.  It is all very exciting and quite emotional.

If you give me possible dates and locations we may be able to arrange a meeting before the 9th.

My name's Andrew, I am doing the trip on my own. I live in Bedfordshire so suspect arranging a meet maybe a bit trickier than first thought however am happy either way to do a trip. At the moment the weekend of 11th/12th seems a possible, unsure which locations would be suitable for both parties but open to suggestions.  

I emailed the Exodus contact and it appears there's only 4 of us currently booked on the trip at the moment so am sure there will be no trouble remembering names :)

Hi Andrew,  I'm not sure if Sharon and I can arrange a meet, due to commitments which now have taken a turn for the worse, i'm unable to get away for more than about 3 hours 24/7 in addition sharon is baby sitting her grand daughter on 11/12.

It may be on short notice but if a window opens up I do know of quite a good pub "The Trout" near Farringdon on the banks of the thames. If I/we can go positive then I'll give you as much notice as possible.  

I thought there would have been more than 4 on the trip but as you say it will certainly help in remembering names.  Looking forward to meeting up soon.
