Trip - TNS - ANNAPURNA SANCTUARY, Departure Date - Saturday 9th October 2010
Booked on this trip to Annapurna Sanctuary leaving Heathrow on the 8th Oct. Really looking forward to getting up into the mountains again - fresh air and scenery and all that good stuff

I am going, flying out from Heathrow. Currently trying to get fit and wondering whether I will get altitude sickness! Have not done anything at this level before and I am soooooo lookinf ofrwrad to it. Got your visa yet?

Hi,
Good to hear from you. Know what you mean about trying to get fit - last Sunday trekked 9 miles in 3 hours only water stop with a 15kg pack on my back. 2 of my 3 dogs came with me and one of them was really tierd afterwards. I was okay other than a few aches.
No havent got visa - will need to get one from airport when I land as running out of time at this end working away a lot.
Me also flying from Heathrow - so eyes open for an older Exodus bag with red tape around handles for easy recognition.
