I done this trip last year and it was FANTASTIC I loved it, it was worth every single penny and so much more. What I would say to buy is Leech socks as there are a few when you are trcking though the jungle, and wrap up warm bcause the top of that mountain is rather cold.

What have you heard regarding clothes?!! Exodus are recommending shorts and tshirts, but other people who have gone say to cover up to avoid leeches and mosquitos.

hi not sure if you got my earlier reply. we are in vietnam at the moment but should meet up in kl or miri as on same flight to borneo. we are certainly taking trousers jumpers and lightweight w'proofs, plus plenty of mosquito repellent!
