Are you Cycling in Nepal?

Hi. As the summer holiday period comes to an end in the uk turning my attention to what looks like a fabulous trip to Nepal.  Just saying hello to anyone else who is going on this trip.  Never been to Nepal before but people have told me October is a great time to go. Particularly looking forward to visiting Lumbini and the mix of cycling and siteseeing looks ideal for capturing a feel for the place and people in a short time.    Say hi if you have any good advice or previous experience of the area, particularly whether to bother with malaria tablets as I hate the things.
