Atlas panoarma November -
Trip - TMP - ATLAS PANORAMA, Departure Date - Sunday 15th November 2009

Hello, does anyone have an experience with hiking in the Atlas mountains in November? What clothes shoud I take for hiking in 1900-2900 m altitude in November? I tried to find some info on the internet but it was mainly only for Marrakech. Any advice welcome. Thanks Filip

What to take? -
I've only just booked, Filip, and I think I got the last place.  I haven't really started thinking about what to pack yet, so if you've made any progress on this please let me know!

Who is going and what is there to do. -

Starting to get myself organised for the trip. Curious to know who all is going and what there is to do during the 4 days in the mountains when we are not walking.

I am a civil enginerr from N Ireland now living in Bucks. I am flying via East Jet from Gatwick on the Sunday morning.

Can not figure out from the trip notes what if anything there is to do in the village in the evenings and what shops might exist for fodd and drink say.

Anyone figured this out?

shops/ drinks -

I get the impression that there wont be any shops or places to buy drinks which will be a shame. maybe cart a box of wine up there!

Does any one else knows other wise ??

Checked with the -

Checked with the office:

Definitely need to bring our own drink - soft drinks should be available in some shops

Advised to bring plenty of warm clothes for night time.

Evening entertainment - talking or reading (unless we have any singers in our midst!)

16 in the party.

See you soon.
