Atlas Panorama 23/12 AND Toubkal Winter climb 30/12??

Hi Dave,

 I am on this trip and also my friend Helene.  We are going out a few days earlier to spend longer in Marrakech.  We are both very keen hikers and looking forward to the walking in the Atlas too.  Looking forward to meeting you at the hotel as we won't be on the group flight!

 It looks like the trip is full :)

 "Metšarfin!!"   Well thats 100% of my Arabic used up !  It should be good to have a few days in Marrakech first - you will be able to sus all the good bits.  If I am truthful I havent spent much time thinking about the first week -I must do that - not sure about the weather but get the impression it should be quite pleasent  ( see weather site   http://www.mountain-forecast.com/peaks/Toubkal/forecasts/4167 )  

Sorting my kit out for both weeks should be interesting ! ...Exodus sent me TWO bags guessing it was an admin thing as I had to book each week separatly  OR- do you think they were trying to tell me something  .. or perhaps my reputation has preceeded me!

Thanks for the helpful websites, will take a look.  I have no Arabic, some school girl french that may help I guess!  There is another friend of ours now on this trip - a guy called Steve.  He is a member of our hiking club.  I think the trip is now full which is good. 

Interesting about the kit bags.  Called Exodus today as I haven't received any...perhaps you have mine ;-)

I'm on the Atlas trip and heading out a few days early too.  Eek, Ryan Air with just hand luggage...I'll be departing wearing all my layers for the mountains!  Will spend a night in Marrakesh then to Essouria before joining you all at the hotel on 23rd.    

 Haven't received a kit bag either...maybe just for those on group flight? 

 Looking forward to this Christmas adventure.

We're on a Ryannair Flight from LTN on 21st.  Look out for the Exodus kit bags if you are on that flight.  Am afraid our plans are a bit relaxing orientated for the first few days then on to the adventure part!!

Hi Andrea..Very impressive travelling so light !- will you be wearing your sleeping bag ? if so be careful if you have to go down those stairs when leaving the plane as you might end up in a heap.   Have a great few days before the rest of the 'mob' decends.

THanks for messages.  I will resist wearing my sleeping bag :-), but I will be in the one if the puffy down jacket! Yes, I'm on that same flight Suzanne.  Will look out for your kit bags, I don't think I'll take mine due to the handluggage thing.  But I'll put on the exodus tag, if you spot it.
