Are you all organised? And my stressy question for day - are you taking poles? I've not used before so wasn't planning to, but all pics seem to have them in them.

defo taking poles i find them really good mountain walking - once you've tried them no going back you can pik them up quite cheap.  Well there must be a minimum of 8 peeps or they wouldn't be running it. You flying from heathrow? I've put my pic on here so you can see who I am if you're at the airport. Started my packing already!

It'll be great, trust me.  Hopefully the 'efficient' german airline won't lose our luggage! am  much travelled without mishaps.  Hope I'm not the oldest on the trip,  poles are a great idea, try nordic walking - takes pressure off the legs- uses upper body strength [oh dear, souding very anourakish, I'm not really]
