Great, I'm coming too. Never been to the Middle East before so will be quite an adventure. Anyone know what we need in the way of Visas if we're on the group flight as the trip notes confused me.

To answer your question Katharine, we will qualify for group Visas which we'll pick up in each respective country, they will also be free as we are a group. This is what I was told by Exodus when I called to ask the question.
I'm pretty much all sorted myself now except for a sleeping bag for the nights stay in the desert! How about everyone else?

If you have a British passport and are travelling with the group from London, the visa for Syria will be obtained at the airport. The visa is obtained on a group basis and is provided free of charge - please note that this is only if the group size is or exceeds 8 people on group flights. Those on the group flight (group visa) will need to take 2 photocopies of their passport details page in order to get the visa.

I'm booked onto this trip with two other friends - speaking to the staff at Exodus they said that the trip has 19 people booked to go! Should be interesting :-) So who are these other 16 people??
