Trip - AYU - GORILLAS & MASAI MARA, Departure Date - Saturday 24th October 2009

Why is the October 17th trip not listed as a pull down departure date? I am booked for this trip and wanted to connect with fellow travelers but in selecting the pull down option of the dates to be traveled it was not listed?

Hi Elliotsb,

Thanks for letting us know about this issue.

I have noticed that you have also posted a thread in the departure Lounge area of the site (under October) by clearly labelling the dates you are booked for. (No responses yet but generally people communicate a week or two before their trip!)

We have no permits left for the 17 October departure (16th from UK) and to avoid any mistakes booking more people for this trip we normaly remove such departures from the web. Not an ideal solution but we are going through a very exciting (or not so exciting) transition stage as far as our systems are concerned. This issue has been raised by some other members too and hopefully we'll be able to find a fix for this in the coming months.

Hope your enjoy your trip. We sent an email yesterday to all bookers inviting them to the forum and I am sure they will find you on this forum.
