Hi Julia,

How was the Bhutan trip? I'm booked on the same trip for 10th September and really looking forward to it. Just been slightly scared by reading the only review on here though! How did you find the trek and the altitude? Also - did anyone in your group hire trek equipment (sleeping bags etc) in Kathmandu? Just want to check how easy that is before I set off without any equipment :)
