Cycling Cape & Winelands
I am on this trip too. I have done another cycling trip with Exodus but this one is supposed to be more for leeisure cyclists but from what I have read I woould get a bit of practice in as there is at least 1 x 90km ride day! And a few hills too .....

On my previous cycling trip I didn't take a Camelbak - a couple of people did. I did take my own bike so I had water holders on it but I am hiring this time. If you have a Camelbak I would take it but I wouldn't buy one specially for it. On my last cycle trip (Kerala and Southern India - fantastic!) there were frequent refreshment stops and on this one I believe there are several wine stops!!
Don't worry too much about the pace as this trip is labelled as modertate so we should not be under any time constraints. Are you on the group flight out of LHR?

Who else is coming on this trip? We are a couple of leisure cyclists & would like to know how cycling fit others are & whether to panic as this is our first cycling holiday
