Trip - MOC - CYCLE INDOCHINA & ANGKOR, Departure Date - Sunday 28th November 2010

I am booked on the Cycle Indochina trip which starts in Bangkok, travels through Cambodia and ends in Saigon.  I am aware that it will be pretty hot in December so I was wondering if anyone can advise on the clothing etiquette for a female whilst cycling through these countries.  Is a sleeveless top an no-no and is it best to carry a sarong in your day bag to cover up when not cycling? 

Any feedback would most welcome as I would greatly wish to avoid causing any offence.
