Hello guys! Glad someone is joining us, thought it might be a miserable Christmas and New Year on our own for a while there.
We are really looking forward to this trip it's only 12 weeks away now I can hardly believe it, it's come round so quickly. Rob and I live in Brighton and Rob is a seasoned cyclist, but I'm not so we've been out for a few training trips so far. I am currently laid low with a really bad cold and am getting worried about the lack of training, but I'm sure he'll put me through my paces as soon as I am back on my feet.
What about you? Have you done any trips like this before? Or been to Vietnam?
Look forward to meeting you both in December

Hi all
We are also booked on this trip. Don't worry Jen our training starts tomorrow ! I knew we would not get much cycling in now the nights are dark so Ruth has signed me up for a temp gym membership and we are starting spin classes twice a week from tomorrow. The trip sounds fab, not sure about advice for SE Asia, food is great, plenty of vegetarian options, I would probably would suggest a visit to the chemist for upset stomach precautions, lightweight wick type clothes that can be washed out easily as cotton may not have time to dry overnight due to humidity. Off to get our visas this week.

Hi all
My husband Rob and I are doing this trip in December with the Angkor Wat extension at the front. Would be great to get to know people before the actual trip so get in touch.
See you soon
