Trip - CEW - PYRENEES WINTER WALK AND SNOWSHOE, Departure Date - Sunday 11th April 2010

Hello,

The trip notes didn't mention whether poles are needed? I'm a complete novice to Winter holiday and with friends' tips and reading the notes by other travellers in the Forum here are somewhat overwhelming in terms of the amount of equipment/clothing one has to buy!. But it has been very useful and  have helped in getting my 'shopping list' together. Also, will a pair of waterproof trousers and a ski jacket suffice instead of a full pair of Salopettes? Thanks.
