Yes, we are excited too! Great to know that our children are the same ages. We have never done anything like this before - have you? Just hoping we will be able to keep up and withstand the freezing temperatures!

This will be our first ever - 16th Dec 2009 - 2:56pm

This will be our first ever winter holiday.

I am from Scotland so I hope that will help me with the cold, but I dont know how my husband and kids will be. We are taking loads of snacks and lunch type foods with us, and I am determined to bring cheese and biscuits for chritmas eve. Oh yes and a box or two of wine.

Sounds like a good plan! My packing list is getting longer by the day - just have piles of stuff all over the house at the moment! We are travelling down from the north east on Saturday, so only 48 hours packing time left!!
