Getting a Visa for India -
Trip - MIS - CYCLING THROUGH NORTH INDIA, Departure Date - Saturday 12th November 2011

Hello, I thought getting a visa would be a big trauma so decided to do it now- before I had to pay the balance of the holiday incase there was a problem. I didn't want to pay Travelcour £25 each so decided to do it myself. I found the online form frustating and must have done it 4 times before I was convinced it was right. I asked vfsglobal, who do the visas, a few questions which they answered quickly and clearly. I couldn't make the photos myself so went to Jessops who did them for £10 for 2 photos. Very reasonable!! Anyway, I posted our forms to Hayes last Tuesday and the passports were back on my desk on Saturday. Amazing. Nothing to fear!

Address for India -
Hello. I'm just attempting to complete my visa application for India, and like you have been trying to avoid paying Travelcour £25.  Application nearly completed except for the address of reference for India.  My trip starts at Delhi and then we are on the move for 22 days so don't have a fixed abode.  Can you help?

Magpie1, I have applied for -
Magpie1, I have applied for visas 3 times now direct to the embassy and I always put just the address of the first hotel. (Exodus can give you this) I include the name of the local company Exodus are using if I know it but have never been refused a visa. Hope this helps. Enjoy your trip. :)
